Member Districts

The Red River Retention Authority consists of 14 North Dakota Water Resource Districts and 7 Minnesota Watershed Districts.

North Dakota Water Resource Districts are based on county boundaries, apart from Cass County which consists of 4 separate Water Resource Districts.
